    We send a written parts list with brands, models, and prices. You approve before anything gets ordered.

    We order the parts and build it

Can you move everything from my old computer?
Data transfer: Available. Call (916) 627-1818 for details. Documents, photos, browser profiles, email, and the apps we can re-license move over before you ever touch the new machine. Your old PC comes back to you intact, or we can securely wipe it.
Will it be quiet?
That's a design requirement, not a hope. We pick sound-dampened cases and oversized coolers running slow fans, then verify noise at idle and under load before delivery. If you can hear it across the desk, it's not done.
How many monitors can I run?
The Essentials tier drives 2 to 3 displays on integrated graphics; Productivity Plus and Workhorse handle 4. Tell us your exact monitors (or buy them through us) and we confirm the right cables and ports before you approve the build.
What if something breaks after the build?
Ask about our repair warranty; terms are printed on your repair ticket.
How long does it take?
Ask about turnaround when you check in; it depends on the repair and parts availability.
