Every repair is quoted after inspection, before any work starts. Tell us your full list so we can quote the whole setup at once.

You bring your license keys or subscription logins, and we use them; the software stays yours. If you need help figuring out which version or tier to buy, we’ll advise before you buy.

Call ahead with your list so we can check requirements before you come in.

The questions we get most.

Do I need to buy the software first?
For paid software, yes, you bring the license, subscription login, or purchase confirmation. We don’t resell most software. If you’re not sure what to buy, we can advise before you purchase.
Can you install Office 365 / Microsoft 365 for me?
Yes, you bring your Microsoft account login (the one tied to your Office subscription), we handle the rest including Outlook setup, OneDrive, and Teams.
Do you install pirated / cracked software?
No. We only work with legitimate licenses, open-source software, and trial versions. Pirated installers are a top malware vector and we won’t put your machine at risk.
Can you transfer software from my old computer to my new one?
Some software (Office, Adobe CC) is account-based and just needs the login on the new machine. Other software (some perpetual licenses) needs to be deactivated on the old machine first. We handle the transfer correctly.
I bought a printer and can’t get it to work. Can you help?
Yes, that’s usually a driver/network issue. Bring the printer in if it’s portable, or bring the computer in and we’ll set up the connection remotely if possible.
Do you set up small-business / multi-machine installs?
Yes. We can install across multiple workstations and configure shared settings, licenses, and printers as a single project. Call us with the scope and we’ll quote it.
Can you install macOS-only or Windows-only software?
Yes for both platforms. If you need software that only runs on the other OS (like running Windows-only software on a Mac), we can set up Parallels or a virtual machine, or Boot Camp on Intel-era Macs (Apple Silicon Macs don’t support Boot Camp).
How long does an install take?
Ask about turnaround when you check in; it depends on the repair and parts availability.
