Lasts an hour at most

Used to make it through the day, now you're reaching for a charger by lunchtime? Classic capacity loss.

Shuts off with charge left

Phone or laptop dies even though it shows plenty of battery left? Cells are no longer holding voltage under load.

Only works when plugged in

Battery prices vary by device. Every repair is quoted after inspection, before any work starts. Watch and AirPods Max batteries are quoted case-by-case; call ahead if you want a quote before you come in.

We'll explain your part options before you decide.

We don’t swap a battery you don’t need. If your symptoms point to the charger, the port, or something else, we’ll say so before charging you for a battery.

My iPhone says "Service" in battery settings. Should I swap?

Yes, that’s iOS telling you the battery has degraded to where you’re losing meaningful capacity or seeing unexpected shutdowns. A swap restores normal battery life.

My MacBook trackpad is lifting up. Is that the battery?

Almost certainly yes, that’s a swollen battery pushing against the trackpad from below. Stop using it on your lap and bring it in. Swollen batteries are a fire risk and need replacement immediately.

Can you replace AirPods or earbud batteries?

For the over-ear AirPods Max, yes, those are serviceable and we can replace the battery. In-ear earbuds (AirPods, AirPods Pro, Galaxy Buds) are sealed units that can’t practically be opened without destroying them, so for those, replacement is usually the realistic option, we’ll tell you honestly which makes sense.

Do you replace Apple Watch batteries?

Yes, we replace batteries on most Apple Watch models. The repair is delicate (lots of small parts under the display) but doable. Call ahead so we can confirm part availability.

What if my battery isn't the actual problem?

If our diagnostic shows the charger, port, or board is the real issue, we tell you. You don’t pay for a battery swap that wouldn’t fix your problem.

What if something goes wrong after the swap?
