    Answer four quick questions and start from our suggestion, or choose every slot yourself. The compatibility checks run as you go.

    We review the list

    A technician at the Elk Grove shop checks your build, confirms availability and writes up a parts list with prices.

  3. 03

    You approve

    Nothing is ordered until you say yes to the written list. Swap a part or change your mind at that point, no problem.

  4. 04

    We build and test it

    Assembled, cabled, updated and stress-tested in house. Pick it up at the shop, or ask about delivery and setup when we quote.

Will I see prices in the builder?
No. The builder makes the parts list and checks that everything fits together. After we review it, we send you a written parts list with prices.
Do I have to use the exact parts in the list?
No. The catalog is the set of parts we build with most, and the shop substitutes an equivalent card, board or drive if stock changes. Tell us in the notes if a specific model matters to you.
Can I bring my own parts?
Available. Call (916) 627-1818 for details.
What if the checks show a problem?
Send it anyway. The check panel explains what conflicts and how to fix it, and our technician verifies the final list before any parts are ordered.
How long does a build take?
Ask about turnaround when you check in; it depends on the repair and parts availability.
What happens after the build?
Ask about our repair warranty; terms are printed on your repair ticket.
Can I save or share my build?
Yes. Every change updates the link in your address bar. Copy it, share it or print the list. Nothing is stored on our side until you send the quote form.
Do you build workstations, AI rigs and streaming PCs too?
Yes. Guided mode has suggestions for gaming, creative work, home office, AI and streaming, and Expert mode lets you pick every part for anything else. Threadripper and multi-GPU builds are quoted by hand.
